Old friend of mine in LA got tickets to the Stones in May of next year, and invited me to come along. I just dropped almost 300 on plane tickets. This was more than I was hoping to spend on anything before I get settled in the van, but this is the fucking Stones. I didn’t think I’d ever get to see them live. Of living bands that I haven’t seen, they’re at the top of the list. Tickets were only 150. I’ll pay her back for the ticket, and come out just under 500.
Saying that number on this blog kinda hurts, as that’s a significant portion of what I’ll have to spend on my build, but this is also a once in a life-time chance. So I’m doing it.
Didn’t spend any cash today, other than the 300 on plane tickets, heh.
Work today was brutal. 8:30-5:00, with 15 min for lunch.
My credit score is up to 695. If I can get it up to 700 by the end of the year, I’ll start seriously looking for a van.
